My opinion about the 3-day training is that it’s really good. On the first day, you learn the basics and the theory, and the other two days are focused on practice. What’s even better is the follow-up after the training to help you improve, grow, and stay motivated.
The trainer, Teyah, is also young, so the atmosphere is fun and you feel comfortable and confident.
Overall, I really enjoyed my training. For those who want to get started — go for it!
