At 7AESTHETICSBAR, we are committed to providing high-quality products and services. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please review the terms below.
2. Returns (Physical Products)
Customers may request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, in accordance with applicable Belgian and EU consumer protection laws.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original condition.

The item must be returned in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase is required.
Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons (e.g., opened cosmetic products, used beauty tools, personalized items), unless they are defective.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Faulty or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will offer a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.
5. Services (Appointments / Treatments)
For aesthetic or beauty services:

Cancellations must be made at least 24–48 hours in advance.

Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the loss of deposit.

Deposits are non-refundable unless the cancellation is made within the allowed timeframe.
